NANCY MORALES

I was raised in the sunny, breezy city of Long Beach, CA but am currently residing in Wyoming, MI. In August 2019, I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Metalsmithing and Jewelry with a minor in Sculpture & Functional Art at Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University, and since then life has been taken me to many unexpected places, especially in these past few years! Through it all, my art practice has kept me grounded and sane.

The environment has been a source of concern and motivation for me from a very young age. My dad used to take us to the mountains every holiday, and the break from the city life nurtured a deep love and desire to protect the world’s shrinking natural spaces. These days, I aim to protect and advocate for not just the planet, but the people on it too.
